Costings
- Working drawings are broken down by Quantity Surveyor
- Suppliers and Sub-Trades are invited to tender
- WG de Gruchy Construction provides a detailed carpentry labour breakdown
- Contract Signed
- Build Timeline mapped out using MS Project Software
The Build
- WG de Gruchy Construction team and sub trades work with you to deliver a quality job on time and on budget.
- Regular site meetings to suit your requirements
- All Invoicing clearly detailed and transparent
Move In
- Construction complete
- Site is professionally cleaned
- Code of Compliance Certificate is applied for
