WG de Gruchy Construction is one of Auckland's longest-running architectural builders. Our work is technically demanding, designed by some of the country's leading architects, and built to a standard that's been recognised at national level.
That work needs the right people for it. We're always interested in hearing from experienced tradespeople — carpenters, foremen, project managers — who want to spend their time on projects that are worth the effort.
Who we're looking for.
Know their trade and care about getting the detail right.
Can work to architectural drawings and communicate cleanly with the design team.
Want a project to call their own, not a different site every fortnight.
Hold New Zealand work eligibility and the relevant LBP or trade qualifications.

What working here looks like.
You'll be on architectural projects that take time to build — typically one to two years per job. You'll be on sites where the standard expected of you is matched by the standard expected of the project.
